In the app, open Settings › Help, then choose Chat with us or Send feedback. You can also email us at hello@theknownapp.io.

Delete your account

Open Settings › Delete account. We email you a code to make sure it’s you. After that you have 14 days to change your mind: sign in and choose Cancel deletion. After 14 days the deletion is permanent, and we email you when it is done.

Turn AI help off

Open Settings › AI help. The Privacy Policy explains what AI help does and who processes your stories when it is on.

Report a story or block someone

On a story someone shared with you, open Story options and choose Report this story, or block the person who shared it. We look at every report within 24 hours and reply in Help. You can see and unblock people in Settings › Blocked people.

Stop emails about shares

Open Settings › Emails for shares.
